Christian Heritage Month
Our Christian Heritage must be passed down to the generations, as a reminder, or testimony, of all of the Lord's goodness; how He moved in and through the lives of many, on behalf of you and this Nation, to give you His best.
Every June - beginning 2023
How Christian Heritage Month began...
Two years ago the Lord first spoke to us about a Christian Heritage Month that He wanted to begin in the United States, during the month of June. It was to be a time of annual remembrance, of the Christian heritage in our family, ministry, and nation. This year [June 2023] the Lord reminded us about celebrating Christian Heritage Month, stating that now is the time to begin; and to invite others across the nation to join in the celebration.
There is significance in the Lord selecting June as the time for us to celebrate and remember our Christian Heritage in the United States. In American history. June was the month when the U.S. Army was formed (June 14, 1775) and the American flag was birthed (June 14, 1777). In America, we hold the National Day of Prayer in May and celebrate this Nation’s Independence Day on July 4th, but during the month of June, there is a gap. Presently, the spirit of the antichrist is attempting to raise another flag over the people and our country - and cause the nation to bow to other gods ("We wrestle not against flesh and blood..." Ephesians 6:12). We, however, who have applied the blood of Jesus to our lives have spiritual authority and an obligation to use it by celebrating our Christian heritage.
As we recognize the historical and current contributions of Christians who allowed the Lord to use them to bring significant positive impact to the United States, and the world; it will help bring the body of Christ together and encourage our faith. Other “history-celebrating” holidays place much emphasis on skin color, ethnic background, nationality, etc. as the source of the achievement; but looking at history through the lens of Christ being the source of achievement will allow us to see that Christ truly is the hope of glory, that every good and every perfect gift is from above and comes down from the Father of lights, and highlight the ways God used and will use His people to bring change (Galatians 3:28, Colossians 1:27, James 1:17).
We want to share this special time with you and invite you to celebrate your Christian Heritage with us.
Tenets of Christian Heritage Month
1. Remember and Celebrate that there is no authority, government, or power higher than the Godhead (Heavenly Father, Jesus the Christ, & Holy Spirit).

2. Focus on Christ's influence and values in founding your life and the United States of America (or your nation).

3. Reflect on and celebrate your personal Christian Heritage & Christian Roots.

4. Remember those who helped sow the seed of Jesus Christ in your life, those who labored to see Christ formed in you, and thank them; if you have the opportunity.

5. Remembering Christian Influence in and contribution to your nation and/or the world.

6. Share these insights and times of reflection with your family, so they know the value of their Christian Heritage; and pass it down to your generations.

7. Give Glory to God in the Name of Jesus!

Ways to Celebrate
These are a few recommendations to get things started. Please, feel free to add to this list as the Lord leads you; and share the unique ways you celebrate Christian Heritage Month with others.
1. Remember and Celebrate that there is no authority, government, or power higher than the Godhead (Heavenly Father, Jesus the Christ, & Holy Spirit).
2. Write a letter, send a card, or make a phone call of gratitude to some of the people who played a significant role in your Christian formation.
If the person(s) has gone home to be with the Lord - send it, or make the phone call, to one of the relatives. You'll be surprised at how encouraging a simple "Thank You" can be.
3. Document and share your Christian lineage with your friends and family.
4. Research and celebrate the Christian people who have helped shape your nation and/or the world through service, leadership, inventions, authored works, art, etc.
5. Share your finding(s) with your family; from the perspective of Christ being the source of the good.
6. Construct a Christian family tree showing those who sowed Christ through the generations of your family.
